About Us
A Pennsylvania foundation built around one promise.
Until You Are Found Foundation was formed because families in our communities kept facing the same gap: the search needed more hands, more coordination, and more sustained attention than anyone could organize alone. We exist to close that gap.
Our story
UYFF began with volunteers who had already spent weekends walking fields, printing flyers, and sitting with families through the silence that follows a disappearance. What was missing was structure: someone to hold the maps, track which sectors had been covered, keep records straight, and be reachable when a family called at midnight.
We are building that structure in the open — publishing our equipment goals, our training expectations, and our organizational status as it develops. Families in a crisis deserve an organization that is honest about exactly what it can and cannot do today.
How we operate
Volunteer safety is non-negotiable
Briefings, buddy assignments, check-in logs, and clear stand-down rules. A search only helps if everyone comes home from it.

Until You Are Found Foundation is a Pennsylvania nonprofit organization. We have not yet officially received our federal tax-exempt paperwork — that application is actively in process — and we will publish our determination here the moment it arrives.

Our organizational status
Until You Are Found Foundation is a Pennsylvania nonprofit organization. Our application for federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status has not yet been officially approved — the paperwork is currently in process with the IRS — so we make no representation that contributions are tax-deductible. We will update this section with our official determination as soon as it is received.
